After starting on a new stratch of the Loddon and losing a huge fish the night before, I carried on and caught this one at 7.30am the following morning.
This is a new PB for me and was a cracking way to start the season and christen my second i-power rod too.
Unfortunately there was no-one around for miles so it's a pic of the fish on the mat.
I'll be back for the monster!
