I caught her on the stick float and pin, using Maggot as bait, we had a bit of rain last Thursday night, the river was out of sorts on Friday but I though it would be bang on for Saturday morning.
I got there before first light and sat and watched the river as dawn broke, there was still a bit of weed coming down but it held good colour and the pace was sock on.
All together I had her another Barbel of 7lb, a 6lb Bream, 3 Chub 5lb 13oz, 5lb 8oz and 4lb and 7 Perch between 1lb and 1lb 12oz. |
