My recent PB of 14lb 4oz from the Tidal Trent, beating my previous best of 13lb 9oz. Caught on a home-made sardine paste with a 6oz cage feeder loaded with particles. It was the highlight of a ten fish catch consisting of two 8s, three 9s and five doubles in six hours. Three of the doubles were caught on the float, which, as well as being very rewarding, was a good test of my newly-acquired 15' Shimano Technium - an impressive piece of kit! |
